  3 Oct 2011 Hong Kong, October 01, 2011 – Sino Resources Mining Corporation (SinoRMC) has been named one of the recipients of the ‘Talent-Wise Recruitment’ Award Scheme. This marks the first year that SinoRMC has been recognized with this distinction for its commitment to community service and civic engagement.
  
  The ‘Talent-Wise Recruitment’ Award Scheme recognizes employers who hire people with disabilities, and to bring the message of “physical limitations hinder no talents” to the public. Acceptance and recognition of people with disabilities by various parties in society, in particular employers, play a key role in ensuring equal work opportunities for these people.
  
  The award scheme is organized by Radio Television Hong Kong and the Rehabilitation Advisory Committee of the Labour Department of Hong Kong.
  
  SinoRMC was nominated for the ‘Talent-Wise Recruitment’ Award Scheme by the Hong Kong Association of the Deaf. The majority of SinoRMC’s sapphire sorting team is hearing impaired.
  
  The ceremony for the ‘Talent-Wise Recruitment’ Award Scheme was televised in Hong Kong on 1st October 2011 in honor of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
  
  SinoRMC will continue to employ those with disabilities to become an integral part of the company’s operations. SinoRMC acknowledges the future of ethical mining and has been previously been awarded the ‘Caring Company’ Award from The Hong Kong Council of Social Service.
